Design and manufacturing form a large part of AGS Noise Control's work, we feel it particularly sets us apart from our competition and gives us the ability to provide a full turnkey solution through from design until completion. This helps clients, architects and acoustic consultants avoid the 'blame game', AGS stand behind their products and understand that being directly responsible for design, supply and installation means that we can have a high level of accountability.
Acoustic Mitigation Design
Fortunately we have a number of full time, employed design engineers whose roles cover product development and R&D work, to project design based design using specialist software. This allows us to aid with many stages of the project offering structural steelwork design, site measures and visits, 3D scanning capabilities and planning approval support for noise related issues.
Leading Noise Control Product Manufacturer
After a long spell of continued growth at AGS, we made investments to secure state-of-the-art machinery for a brand-new steel manufacturing bay to further develop our manufacturing capacity for 2026 and onwards.
The new machines include a Laser Cutting machine, Tube Profiling + Cutting machine and a Press Break. Above all these machines provide an opportunity to process sheet metal precisely at a rapid rate allowing for shortened programme lengths and further reducing error rates.
Under the watchful eye of our Principal Project Manager the workshop retains it's manufacturing prowess and ensures all products are supplied at the highest quality on efficient timeframes.
